MAJOR SERVICE

A major service, otherwise known as a desmo service, can be carried out in intervals of anywhere from 20,000 to 30,000 kilometres depending on your model of motorcycle. If you’re not sure when your Ducati is due for it’s major service, you can either find it in your owner manual, or contact us to find out more.

The lifespan of a motorcycle comes down to the quality of maintenance it has received. The major service is vital for keeping your bike happy and healthy, and will keep it running well for tens of thousands of kilometres. Although this service is only due every 20-30,000klms, some elements involved in this service are very time dependent and may need to be done sooner if you have not reached the required kilometres. Feel free to get in touch to find out what your motorcycle will benefit from going forward.
